Role Description This is a full time, on-site Certified Public Accountant (CPA) role based in Mumbai office situated in Kandivali West. The CPA will handle end-to-end U.S. tax preparation for individuals and businesses, including reviewing documentation, identifying applicable deductions, and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations. The role involves advising clients on tax strategies, financial planning, and regulatory changes, as well as collaborating with internal teams to improve accounting processes and maintain accurate records.

The CPA will also assist with U.S. company formation Requirements - Strong accounting and finance skills,



including Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards.

- Proficiency in Tax Preparation for U.S. entities and individuals, with a deep understanding of U.S. tax laws and compliance.
- CPA certification and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with U.S. GAAP, tax software, and accounting systems; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple client engagements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Mumbai
