Role Description The Center Head at Ipsaa is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the center. The role involves overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
The Center
Head coordinates with educators to maintain engaging programs, monitors child development activities, and ensures a warm, inclusive setting for children. This position also includes interacting with parents and guardians, addressing queries, conducting orientations, and managing admissions and documentation.

Head is expected to track center performance, handle basic budgeting and resource allocation, and collaborate with the leadership team to implement policies and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff in an education, childcare, or service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and center operations.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to foster trust with parents and ensure a positive experience for families.
- Understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare or pre-school settings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle emergencies and maintain a safe, secure environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort with managing reports and communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
