Salary : 15k

Role Overview The Center Head will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, operational, and admissions functions of the Primary School. The role involves ensuring quality education, effective team management, student well-being, parent satisfaction, and smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student learning outcomes.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide guidance, feedback, and training to teachers.
- Manage and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, including attendance, performance, and daily responsibilities.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus, assessments, report cards, and academic activities.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, academic progress, safety, and overall well-being.




- Maintain effective communication with parents and address queries and concerns professionally.
- Support admissions through parent counselling, school visits, enquiry follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of daily school operations, events, timetables, and staff schedules.
- Coordinate with management and internal departments for operational and academic requirements.
- Maintain school records, MIS, reports, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the education sector.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role such as Academic Coordinator, Primary Coordinator, Headmistress, or Center Head.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
