Daily Operations and Patient Flow

- Oversee daily hospital functions across the Outpatient Department (OPD), diagnostics, pharmacy, optical shop, and operation theaters (OT).

- Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times to improve satisfaction.

- Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints swiftly.

Finance and Business Management

- Manage revenue targets, billing accuracy, and profit-loss statements.

- Prepare, implement, and track annual branch budgets.

- Drive business growth through local marketing, community eye screening camps, and outreach.

Team Leadership and Coordination

- Coordinate closely with doctors, surgeons, and optometrists for smooth clinical alignment.

- Supervise, train, and review performance for both clinical and non-clinical support teams.

- Foster a positive workplace culture and manage staff scheduling.

Quality and Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

- Maintain facility hygiene, equipment upkeep, and medical record accuracy.

- Comply with regional healthcare regulations and legal licensing requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
