Job Title: CCTV Technician-10 Positions_Male Candidate only as job need travel_Khjaguda_Hyderabad Salary 15-20K Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP and analog camera systems, networking basics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Install and commission CCTV surveillance systems (IP and Analog). Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, PTZ cameras, and related equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of security systems.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install and maintain structured cabling (CAT5e/CAT6, coaxial cables, fiber where applicable). Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and desktops.

Test and ensure proper functioning of all installed systems. Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance records. Provide technical support and user training to customers. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project completion.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification in CCTV or security systems is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years: Junior CCTV Technician. 2–5 years: CCTV Technician.

Experience in installation and maintenance of surveillance systems is preferred.





Required Skills: Knowledge of CCTV systems (IP and Analog).

Experience with DVR, NVR, PTZ cameras, and video management systems. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Understanding of structured cabling and electrical wiring. Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts. Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills: Experience with access control, biometric systems, video door phones, or alarm systems. Knowledge of brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Bosch, Honeywell, or Axis. Valid driving license (preferred for field service roles).

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs): Successful installation and commissioning of systems. First-time issue resolution rate. Preventive maintenance completion. Service response and resolution time. Customer satisfaction. Compliance with safety and quality standards.

Working Conditions: Field-based role with travel to customer locations. May require working on weekends, holidays, or after business hours during emergencies. Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
