Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV feeds across all GBPL construction sites throughout the shift Track movement of supervisors, drivers, and site staff against expected schedules/routes Cross-verify attendance records against CCTV footage timestamps Flag unauthorized visitors, safety violations, or irregular activity in real time Conduct spot-checks on recorded footage for sites not under active live view Maintain a daily monitoring log and report discrepancies to HR/site supervisors same-day Escalate security incidents or safety violations immediately per protocol
