CCTV & DESKTOP SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure security compliance.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR).
- Troubleshoot surveillance, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide desktop support for laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).
- Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and data backups.
- Maintain logs, prepare incident reports, and document configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation and maintenance.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and time management.

Experience 2 to 5 years
Qualification MSC/ BSC -COMPUTER SCIENCE /BE - B.TECH - COMPUTER SCIENCE
