We are hiring a Head FMCG Business for a leading organized retail chain based in Hyderabad. We are specifically looking for senior professionals with 15-20 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or modern trade.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, Procurement, Vendor Management, Pricing, Private Labels, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, and end-to-end P&L; management. The role involves driving business growth, profitability, vendor partnerships, and leading large merchandising/category teams.
Mandatory Background:
- Experience in organized retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large FMCG retail chains is essential.
- Robust leadership experience in managing large-scale FMCG business operations is required.
