Position Overview:

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Catalogue Design Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end development of product catalogues for our Laminates, Paint, and Furniture portfolios.

- Based at our Paharganj (Delhi) location, this role focuses strictly on agency coordination, project tracking, and leveraging interior decoration aesthetics to ensure high-impact marketing assets.

- Please note: This is a coordination and management role; hands-on graphic designing work is NOT required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, printers, and design houses to drive catalogue production from concept to completion.

- Collaborate closely with internal product teams to gather product samples, tech specs, color palettes, and texture details for laminates, paints, and furniture layouts.

- Apply strong interior decoration expertise to review design themes,



room-setting shoots, color matching, and material pairing recommendations in the catalogues.

- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely proofing, modifications, and final error-free printing delivery.

- Conduct aesthetic quality checks on mockups, color accuracy, and overall layout appeal before final printing approvals.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in product coordination, marketing operations, or agency handling within the Laminates, Paint, Furniture, or Building Materials industry.

- Solid aesthetic understanding of interior decoration trends, space layouts, and material combinations.

- Exceptional vendor management, timeline tracking, and follow-up communication skills.

- Must be comfortable working out of our Paharganj, Delhi office.
