Responsibilities

- Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including charging payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.
- Participate in a team environment by assisting coworkers with completion of daily, month-end, and quarter-end workload when necessary.
- Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
- Identify daily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts, callback-up, and provide AR.
- Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filing remittances, bank statements, approved write offs).
- Processes inquiries and research requests received by the collections team to resolve customer account discrepancies and/or questions.
- Reconcile accounts daily.
- Special projects assigned within the department.





Who You Are You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with multinational ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.
- The ability to multi-task, handle interruptions, and maintain flexibility in assignments.
- Fluency in English language.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
- Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
