Summary:

Cargo Revenue Accounting (CRA) is the financial process airlines and logistics companies use to process, audit, and recognize income from freight transport. It handles Air Waybill (AWB) audits, interline billing, and CASS (Cargo Account Settlement Systems) reconciliation, ensuring that cargo pricing precisely aligns with delivered services.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cargo Revenue Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in SIS and CASS invoice handling and processing.
- Exposure from Shipping, Logistics or Cargo background.
- Robust knowledge of Air Waybill (AWB) verification and Cargo Documentation.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Air Waybill (AWB)



data captured in the cargo operations and revenue accounting system and validate it against physical/scanned AWB copies.
- Ensure accuracy of key AWB fields such as gross weight, chargeable weight, tariff charged, SHC codes, and product codes.
- Apply airline business rules for correct rating and pricing of AWBs in the system.
- Process exceptions and ensure proper invoicing for customers across different stations in the network.
- Apply correct freight rates including standard tariff, contract rates, and ad-hoc rates as per airline guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies in data and raise queries or make necessary data corrections in the system.
- Handle interline invoices, disputes, and rejections through SIS platform.
- Perform CASS (Cargo Accounts Settlement System) reconciliation and ensure settlement accuracy.
- Coordinate and communicate with stations, agents, and airlines for issue resolution and data clarification.
