Job Title : Sr. Executive / AM - Supply Chain (CAPEX & MRO)

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Location : Govandi , Mumbai (Corporate Head Office)

Shifts : Head office, 5 Days working, 10:00am to 7:00pm

Reporting to : Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Industry : Food processing & A leading QSR brand

KEY DELIVERABLES :

1. New Vendor development for regional/local support
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
3. Review the quality of purchased products.
4. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
5. AMC contract management and service contract coordination
6. Payment terms & negotiation
7. Source and qualify suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
8. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value.
9. Verify supplier / contractors invoice with Work order / Purchase order / measurement sheet.
10. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
11.



Issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement plans and project requirements.
12. Ensure that procured materials, equipment, and services meet project specifications and quality standards.

Note : Candidate should have worked with QSR, Food brand having retail outlets, Procurement in food raw materials, bakery items, food machines, lightings for stores, other equipments related to store maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills

- Hands-on experience with MS offices software, especially in Excel.

Personality, Values and Attitude

- Analytical skills, with the ability to create various reports as per job requirement.
- Ability to adapt and learn current processes and systems quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
