Job Title : Manager - Supply chain (CAPEX & MRO) Location : Mumbai , Corporate office (HO) Shifts : 5 Days Working, 10am to 7pm Reporting To : Head of SCM Department : Supply Chain KEY DELIVERABLES 1. Vendor development for regional/local support

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Review the quality of purchased products.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- AMC contract management and service contract coordination
- Payment term negotiation
- Source and qualify suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Verify supplier / contractor’s invoice with Work order / Purchase order / measurement sheet.




- Maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
- Issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement plans and project requirements.
- Ensure that procured materials, equipment, and services meet project specifications and quality standards.
