Key Responsibilities
Delivery Partner Onboarding: End-to-end sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of last-mile delivery partners (blue-collar workforce).
Operational Alignment: Partner with ground operations and hub teams to ensure smooth daily fulfillment.
Recruitment Strategy: Execute targeted local and state-wide hiring drives to meet operational targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor hiring metrics, driver retention, and continuous process optimization.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in blue-collar / gig-worker / high-volume field hiring.
Solid ground-level networking and local sourcing capability.
