Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.

- Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive workforce environment.

- Provide guidance on labour laws, regulations, and best practices to management.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related field (courier/logistics industry preferred).

- Robust knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. minimum wages, social security contributions).

- Proficiency in payroll processing software (e.g. ADP) and ability to analyze data for trends and insights.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
