Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at NextGenGrowth is a part-time, remote position focused on promoting the platform within a designated college or university. On a day-to-day basis, the Campus Ambassador identifies interested students, shares information about internships and projects, and encourages sign-ups through online and campus-based channels.

The role involves creating and delivering short presentations, organizing or supporting virtual events, and communicating updates about NextGenGrowth initiatives through social media and peer networks.

Ambassadors also gather feedback from students, build relationships with clubs and societies, and collaborate with the NextGenGrowth team to improve outreach strategies and engagement. This position is designed to fit alongside academic commitments while providing practical experience in student engagement and community building.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to clearly share information, speak to groups, and represent NextGenGrowth in a skilled manner.
- Interest or experience in Marketing and Sales to support promotional campaigns, drive platform sign-ups, and help generate leads on campus.
- Effective Networking abilities to build relationships with peers, student clubs, faculty, and online communities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage part-time responsibilities alongside academic work.
- Comfortable using social media, online collaboration tools, and digital platforms for outreach.
- Previous involvement in student organizations, event coordination, or ambassador programs is an advantage.
