Marshall Ridge Consulting LTD is inviting applications for the ElevateU National Campus Leadership Programme.

We are looking to onboard 5,000 Campus Ambassadors from colleges and universities across India.

ElevateU is a student career and development platform designed to support students across:

Career guidance

Academic development

Skills and certifications

Internships and opportunities

Resume preparation

Wellness and career readiness

Student communities

As an ElevateU Campus Ambassador, selected students will:

- Represent ElevateU within their college and student network
- Build and manage student communities
- Conduct online or offline awareness sessions
- Engage with placement cells, clubs and faculty members
- Promote approved ElevateU initiatives
- Collect meaningful student feedback
- Gain practical exposure to leadership, marketing, community building and business development

This is a fully remote and unpaid internship programme with a duration of 2 months.

Selected candidates may receive

- Internship completion certificate, subject to defined performance criteria




- Performance-based Letter of Recommendation
- ElevateU Campus Ambassador badge and digital identity
- Training in leadership, communication, marketing, AI tools and career readiness
- Recognition through national, state, city and campus leaderboards
- Prospect to progress to Campus Leader, City Lead, State Lead or National Lead roles
- Consideration for future opportunities based on exceptional performance and business requirements
