Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of TET's youth-marketing campaigns - plan timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure every activation ships on time and to quality.

- Build and manage relationships with campaign stakeholders - college authorities, students, on-ground teams and external partners - to execute smoothly.

- Set up, launch and monitor campaigns across on-ground activations and digital channels, keeping everything on track.

- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign queries, resolving issues quickly and keeping stakeholders aligned.

- Track campaign performance (reach, participation, leads, conversions) and prepare explicit, regular reports for the founder and clients.

- Maintain campaign trackers, contact lists and documentation so nothing slips.

- Stay updated on market trends, youth culture and competitor activity to improve how campaigns are run.

- Spot what's underperforming and proactively suggest fixes.

Preferred candidate profile

- 02 years of experience in campaign/project execution, marketing operations, event/community management or a related area (strong freshers welcome).





- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders, especially students and college teams.

- Comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to learn marketing/campaign tools.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and within a small, dynamic team.

- A bachelor's degree from a reputed university; active involvement in college societies/extracurriculars is a plus.

- Understanding of college culture and reaching a younger demographic is an added advantage.
