Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Cameraman / Videographer with 25 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, capturing, and producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, social media platforms, events, and promotional activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, corporate events, interviews, testimonials, training sessions, and social media content.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots, ensuring optimal camera angles, lighting, and audio quality.
- Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, tripods, gimbals, and other production gear.
- Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging visual content.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, exposure, and focus during video shoots.
- Record high-quality audio using microphones and other sound equipment.
- Maintain and organize camera equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Travel to shoot locations as required.
- Assist in basic video editing and footage management when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest videography techniques, camera technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of DSLR, Mirrorless,



and Professional Cinema Cameras.
- Strong hands-on experience operating Sony FX3 Cinema Line Camera for professional video production.
- Experience with lighting techniques and audio recording equipment.
- Understanding of camera settings, composition, exposure, white balance, and frame rates.
- Familiarity with stabilizers, gimbals, drones (preferred), and other filming accessories.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cinematography, Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 25 years of professional experience as a Cameraman, Videographer, or Cinematographer.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in corporate, educational, aviation, digital marketing, or commercial video production.
- Knowledge of drone videography (DGCA-certified is an added advantage).
- Experience in live event coverage and multi-camera shoots.
- Basic photography skills for corporate and promotional requirements.
