We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive who are passionate about retail & Hospitality operations and creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-groomed, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail and café environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM)
standards of the retail store and café.
Ensure a 5-star experience for every walk-in customer.
Oversee fruits and vegetables receiving
, quality assurance (QA)
Assist in culinary and café operations as required.(only for Gurgaon, Chandigarh and Mohali)
Conduct cyclic SKU counts daily to prevent inventory losses.
Support brand promotions and customer engagement activities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat purchases.
Achieve daily and monthly stores as well as individual sales targets
