We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable CAD Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical sessions, developing training materials, assessing learner progress, and preparing candidates for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on CAD software.

- Train students on 2D and 3D drafting, modeling, and design concepts.

- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.

- Conduct hands-on workshops, projects, and assessments.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Assist learners in completing real-world projects and case studies.

- Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and software versions.

- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews and practical assessments.





- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.

- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve training quality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD drafting concepts.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings and design principles.

- Experience in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Robust classroom management and mentoring abilities.

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Revit, or Fusion 360.

- Experience in delivering technical or corporate training.

- Knowledge of manufacturing, mechanical, civil, or architectural design workflows.

- Industry project experience is an added advantage.
