MISSION

Carry out the parametrization and drawing of the product components (3D/2D) ensuring the fulfillment of the client specifications and its optimum industrialization in cost, quality and timing matters.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

- Carry out the preliminary studies and the numerical definitions of the different product components.
- Design the components and the assembly of the product (both for production and prototype phases, 3D/2D) using the appropriate CAD tools.
- Take part in the adaptation and improvement of the product together with the Product Engineer and CAE Technicians.
- Ensure an effective technical-computing communication between the company, clients and suppliers to obtain an optimum exchange of information.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

Languages:

Fluent local language & Fluent English (written and spoken)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training: Specialized in R&D; Tools (FDS/IDS, Problem Solving, GDT…) would be of additional value
