Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training sessions for Cabin Crew aspirants.

Train students in aviation grooming, customer service, safety procedures, emergency handling, and airline standards.

Conduct personality development, communication skills, and interview preparation sessions.

Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and airline recruitment activities.

Monitor student progress and provide individual coaching and feedback.

Develop and update training materials in line with current aviation industry standards.

Support placement activities and airline recruitment drives.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience as Cabin Crew,



Senior Cabin Crew, Aviation Trainer, or related aviation professional.

Previous training experience in aviation academies or airlines is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Strong knowledge of aviation etiquette, grooming standards, customer service, and safety procedures.

Graduate in any discipline (Aviation/Hospitality background preferred).

Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
