Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analytics qualified (MBA Finance / CA preferred) who can transform business data into meaningful insights for management decision-making. The role involves analyzing sales, finance, purchase, inventory, and operational data to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and support strategic planning.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and the ability to prepare management dashboards and actionable business reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports for management.
- Analyze sales revenue, product performance, customer trends, and profitability.
- Provide insights on sales growth, pricing, margins, and market opportunities.
- Analyze purchase costs, vendor performance, inventory levels, and working capital.
- Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reports.
- Track key business KPIs and highlight risks and improvement areas.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel / Power BI.
- Work with sales, finance, purchase, and operations teams to collect and analyze data.




- Convert raw data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) / CA / Commerce background preferred.
- Experience in business analytics, MIS reporting, finance analytics, or commercial operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau and SQL is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, sales analysis, and profitability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Medical devices / healthcare equipment / diagnostics industry.
- Experience with ECG, EMG, patient monitoring systems, or hospital equipment business is an advantage.

Pay: ₹292,385.24 - ₹1,220,107.46 per year
