Key Responsibilities Lead fundraising initiatives through investors, High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), private equity, and venture capital firms Prepare pitch decks, financial models, valuation reports, and investor presentations to support fundraising rounds Identify and build relationships with potential investors, PE/VC firms, and financial institutions

Manage due diligence processes, term sheet negotiations, and investor documentation

Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns

Coordinate with statutory, internal,



and tax auditors; ensure smooth completion of audits

Monitor budgets, cash flow, and working capital; provide variance analysis

Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management and investor review

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST law, SEBI/FEMA regulations (as applicable), and other relevant regulations Support costing and pricing decisions for electrical products/projects

Liaise with banks, investors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Implement and maintain solid internal financial controls Skills: investors,cash flow,fundraising
