Role Description:

This is a opportunty to become a Franchiee for the Company in all State Captials & Grade A cities including Metros and Mini Metros.

The Franchise





Partner represents the Compnay in a given Area / City / Group of Cities for all lines of Businesses. The Partner is expected to have over a decade proffesional work experince in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Fast Moving Consumer Durables and Lifestyle Products and have major contacts into Organized Alternate Trade Category Managers like Up-to-date Trade, Quick Commerce, Vending machines etc. or a Distributor of Consumer Goods.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills necessary for stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of critical business functions
- Experience in Consumer, Durable, Lifestyle businesses
- Professional qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent experience in business management are highly desirable
