Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to all emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Liaise with relevant departments and ensure timely, accurate replies.
- Track pending actions and follow up until closure.
- Escalate urgent matters to management.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to analyze communications, draft professional responses, summaries email threads, and improve communication quality while verifying accuracy before sending.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
