About Us: At GiLo, we are building India’s first Low GI staples brand focused on improving everyday food without changing eating habits. We are backed by a well-known global celebrity as a co-founder, who is actively involved in building the brand and business. We are in the early stage of building the company across sourcing, product, supply chain, and distribution. The focus is on building strong fundamentals and executing consistently in a fast-moving setup.

Work Week: Monday to Saturday

Timings: Flexible (8 working hours per day)

About the Role: We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate who will support the founder in day-to-day execution across business, operations, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for tracking work across multiple areas, structuring execution, and ensuring timely closure. The role requires robust ownership, clarity in communication, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Founder Coordination

- Track ongoing priorities across business functions
- Convert discussions into clear action items
- Maintain visibility on open tasks and dependencies
- Share concise updates on progress and pending work

Execution Support

- Coordinate with internal teams for daily business requirements




- Support execution across brand, sales, and operations
- Assist in driving cross-functional alignment on tasks

Vendor & Platform Coordination

- Work with quick commerce and retail platforms on operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for ongoing needs
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of dependencies

Issue Handling

- Identify blockers in execution and support resolution
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move work forward
- Escalate only when required with complete context

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, sales, or marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in unstructured environments
- Strong follow-through and consistency in execution
- Comfortable using AI tools and open to adapting to new technologies to improve productivity, coordination, and execution efficiency
