Merchandise Operations Management

- Oversee creation and validation of PI Sheets.

- Ensure correct product information flow across all systems.

Pre-Order &

- Inventory Management

- Manage pre-order booking and removal processes.

- Monitor pre-order fulfillment timelines.

- Coordinate with planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to minimize delays.

- Identify risks related to stock availability, rare gemstones, QC rejections and replenishment.

Shipment &

- Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments.

- Track sample shipments and merchandise movement across locations.





- Resolve operational bottlenecks impacting customer deliveries.

- Ensure shipment documentation and invoice accuracy.

Vendor &

- Product Support

- Support onboarding of new vendors.

- Coordinate product setup, costing and operational readiness.

- Work with merchandising teams to ensure accurate product data and timely launch execution.

Reporting &

- Process Improvement

- Monitor operational KPIs and service levels.

- Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, AI tools and process improvements.

- Work closely with IT and ERP teams to eliminate manual processes.

- Drive projects that improve productivity, accuracy and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, IT and Web teams.

- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of system and process-related challenges. Role & responsibilities

Required Experience

- 5+ years experience in Merchandise Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Commercial Operations or Business Operations.

- Prior experience managing teams.

- Strong ERP system experience.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience working with large data sets and operational reporting.

- Strong understanding of inventory, order management and shipment processes.

- Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives

Preferred Experience

- Retail, E-commerce, TV Shopping, Jewelry, Fashion or Consumer Products industry experience.

- Experience with Power BI.

- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools.

- Experience working with international suppliers and logistics partners
