Designation- Business Manager- Sales/ Operations

Salary Offered (CTC)- Rs. 4.34 Lac P.A. (Fixed + Variable)

Nature of Job- Fully In house

Job Location- Pune (Bavdhan)

The Business Manager- Sales will be responsible for inside sales:

- Engaging with prospects and clients based on incoming business enquiries
- Converting qualified prospects into clients through calls and emails
- Sending proposals, resolving client queries, planning follow-ups and campaigns via CRM to maximise conversion.
- Forwarding client expectations internally to the Operations team

The Business Consultant- Operations will be responsible for:

- Understanding the requirements of the Clients based on Sales Team inputs
- Coordinating with clients for proper documentation
- Forwarding expectations of Clients to operational team to deliver them in time




- Support the operations team with the feedback from the Client
- Acting as a supporting bridge between the Clients & Legal team

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Pleasant interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize work efficiently
