We are looking for a Business IT Solutions Specialist to join our Business IT team. The role involves developing internal business applications, automating business processes, creating workflow solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Operations, Service, and Management functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain internal business applications and web-based tools.
- Build workflow automation solutions using Google Apps Script, APIs, and low-code platforms.
- Design dashboards, reports, and MIS solutions for business stakeholders.
- Automate spreadsheet-based business processes using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and scalable automation solutions.
- Integrate applications using REST APIs and system integrations.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Support deployment, testing,



troubleshooting, and enhancement of internal applications.

Preferred Background Candidates from Business IT, MIS, Automation, Google Workspace, ERP, Internal Applications, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, or Full Stack Development backgrounds.
