We are looking for a Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to define, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for the enterprise AI Assist program. The role will measure adoption, operational performance, user engagement, business outcomes, and value realisation.
The analyst will work closely with business leaders, program management, product teams, data teams, and operational stakeholders to convert data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and leadership stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Define key performance indicators for adoption, usage, productivity, quality, efficiency, and business value.
- Develop executive, operational, and program-level dashboards.
- Build reports that track AI Assist adoption by function, business unit, team, geography, and user group.
- Measure user engagement, query volumes, response times, completion rates, acceptance rates, and user feedback.
- Track business outcomes such as productivity improvement, handling-time reduction, quality improvement, and cost savings.
- Develop value-realisation and benefits-tracking frameworks.
- Consolidate data from AI Assist applications, operational platforms, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
- Build repeatable data models and reporting datasets.
- Validate data quality, completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Automate recurring reports and dashboard refreshes.
- Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Prepare leadership presentations and executive summaries.
- Establish reporting definitions, data dictionaries, and metric-governance standards.
- Support program reviews,
steering committee meetings, and business-value discussions.
- Work with developers and data teams to define logging and telemetry requirements.
- Track benefit realisation against the approved business case.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or performance management.
- Solid experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or an equivalent BI platform.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets.
- Experience building executive dashboards and operational reports.
- Ability to convert business objectives into measurable KPIs.
- Experience with data modelling, data validation, and reporting automation.
- Strong stakeholder-management and requirements-gathering skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience measuring digital-product adoption and business value.
- Experience with AI, automation, contact-centre, service-operations, or productivity analytics.
- Familiarity with telemetry, application logs, API data, and event-based analytics.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent data platforms.
- Familiarity with Python or another data-analysis language.
- Experience developing benefits-realisation frameworks for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI quality and monitoring metrics would be beneficial.
