Role Description The Business Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving overall business growth and strategic direction for MENTOR ME CAREERS. This role oversees revenue targets, market expansion, and partnerships, while ensuring alignment between academic offerings, operations, and customer outcomes.

Day-to-day activities include setting and monitoring KPIs, leading sales and marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The Business

Head will engage with key stakeholders such as institutional partners, corporate clients, and internal trainers to develop new programs, enhance learner experience,



and strengthen brand positioning in the finance skills space. The role also involves talent development, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable scaling of the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong business strategy, planning, and execution skills, with experience in setting and achieving growth targets.
- Proficiency in sales leadership, business development, and partnership management within education, edtech, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition, preferably in a digitally enabled environment.
- Operational management abilities, including budgeting, financial analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking.
- Leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities across internal and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience in education, training, finance, or edtech, with exposure to online learning models and learner-centric program design.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, analytics, and use of technology platforms to scale operations and enhance learning outcomes.
