As part of our expansion, we are launching a recent Fashion Jewellery venture focused on creating a modern, trend-driven, digitally-led brand for the Indian market. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial professional who can take complete ownership of this exciting business from concept to customer.

Position: Business Manager – Fashion Jewellery

? Location: Kalyan (Mumbai) – Onsite

? Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 Per Annum (Based on experience & capabilities)

This is not a conventional job—it is an opportunity to build and grow a fashion jewellery business from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the product range, sourcing collections, building the brand, managing online sales, and creating memorable customer experiences.

You will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in shaping the future of the brand. Key Responsibilities

Product Sourcing & Category Development

Research and identify the latest fashion jewellery trends.

Curate and source stylish jewellery collections from suppliers such as JewelFunk and other domestic and international vendors.

Develop seasonal collections based on market demand.

Manage product selection, pricing, and assortment planning.

Brand Development

Build a distinctive fashion jewellery brand.

Develop the brand identity, positioning, and storytelling.

Create an engaging customer experience across all channels.





eCommerce & Marketplace Management

Manage the brand website and online store.

Launch and grow sales on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, and other marketplaces.

Optimize product listings and online merchandising.

Monitor sales and customer reviews.

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms.

Collaborate with influencers and fashion creators.

Build online communities and customer engagement.

Content & Creative

Coordinate product photography and videos.

Create engaging content, blogs, reels, and social media campaigns.

Work with designers and creative agencies to maintain a premium brand image.

Sales & Business Growth

Drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Develop promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.

Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer behaviour.

Identify opportunities to scale the business.

Operations

Coordinate inventory, packaging, dispatch, and customer service.

Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries.

Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

AI & Technology

Leverage AI tools for trend forecasting, product research, content creation, customer engagement, and marketing automation.





Use analytics and dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
