Role Description The Business Growth Associate (Freshers) role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the associate supports lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with learners, partners, and institutional stakeholders. Daily activities include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, conducting market and competitor research, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions.

The associate helps present Internz Learn’s offerings, handles basic queries, and assists in organizing events or webinars to increase brand awareness and enrollment. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports,



and contributing ideas to improve growth strategies and learner engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.

Candidates should possess fundamental marketing and research skills, such as understanding digital platforms, conducting market research, and interpreting basic data trends.

Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including time management, documentation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in business, marketing, communications, or a related field are beneficial.
