Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners, and expanding Ariro Toys’ presence in key markets.

The Business Development

Manager will develop and implement growth strategies, conduct market research, analyze sales data, and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts,



preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking performance against targets. The role also includes representing the brand at events, meetings, and customer visits, while ensuring that all activities reflect Ariro Toys’ commitment to child development and product quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in business development, sales planning, and pipeline management.
