Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our India Sales team as a Business Development Trainee (BDT). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in sales, develop strong communication skills, and grow in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Bhanzu’s learning programs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates in any discipline.
- Candidates should not be currently pursuing any degree or course.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Must have a personal laptop, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and power backup.

Work Details

? Work Mode: Work From Home

? Working Days: 6 days a week

? One rotational week off between Monday and Friday.

? Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

? Immediate joiners preferred.
