Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of MSME loans, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.

- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in loan processing.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in equipment finance, equipment sales, machinery loan, or SME lending.

- Strong understanding of MSME loan products and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to analyze complex financial data to make informed decisions.
