We are seeking an experienced Business Development Support Executive based in India to support our sales and marketing efforts targeting commercial and industrial customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads within industries such as oil & gas, refineries, utilities, manufacturing, construction, fuel transportation, chemicals, and other industrial sectors.
- Develop, write, and optimize qualified marketing emails and outreach campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Manage and maintain contact databases, including cleansing existing data and building new prospect databases.
- Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns, track engagement, nurture leads, and generate reports.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to support the business development team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B email marketing, lead generation,



or business development support, preferably serving the US market.
- Demonstrated experience targeting industrial sectors including oil & gas, refineries, utilities, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and related commercial industries.
- Robust working knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written English with the ability to create compelling, professional marketing emails and outreach content.
- Experience managing large contact databases and implementing effective email marketing best practices.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong understanding of B2B lead generation metrics.

Industry Experience Preferred: Experience marketing or selling industrial products such as Flame Resistant (FR) clothing, High Visibility (Hi-Vis) apparel, industrial workwear, PPE, and other workplace safety products is highly desirable.

Pay package

- Rs 200-400 per hours plus performance bonus
