Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including generating and qualifying leads for safety consulting, audits, training, and related services.

The specialist will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and help shape sales strategies and service offerings. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role also involves attending meetings, presentations, and networking events to expand Nexfore Consulting’s market presence in the safety and consulting domain.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, client requirements, and business performance metrics.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage prospects, manage client relationships, and support ongoing projects.
- Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify target segments, assess opportunities, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; experience in safety, consulting, or industrial services is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Thane, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of safety, compliance, or certification-related services, or willingness to learn quickly.
