Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Lead generation and prospecting — Identify and research potential clients and partners (SMEs, staffing agencies, compliance firms) across target segments, and build a qualified pipeline for ZeniaPex products like ZeniaHR.

Outreach and first contact — Run cold and warm outreach over LinkedIn, email, and calls; draft crisp opening messages, follow up consistently, and set up introductory meetings for the founding team.

Partnership support — Assist in exploring and coordinating channel and referral partnerships (for example with labour-law and compliance firms), including preparing pitch material and tracking conversations.

Market and competitor research — Study the HR-tech and SaaS landscape, gather insights on pricing, positioning, and customer pain points, and share findings that sharpen ZeniaPex's go-to-market approach.

CRM and pipeline management — Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages in the CRM (Zoho), and report on outreach metrics and conversion trends weekly.





Demo and sales enablement — Coordinate product demos, prepare proposals and follow-up notes, and support the team through the sales cycle from first contact to closure.
