Role & responsibilities

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and generating project sales.

- Lead and manage projects from contract award through successful completion, ensuring end-to-end ownership of project delivery.

- Coordinate effectively with clients, internal departments, vendors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

- Review tender documents, contractual terms, project specifications, and commercial conditions to ensure compliance with client and contractual requirements.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and execution strategies, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones.

- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage vendors and subcontractors, including commercial negotiations and rate finalization.

- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular project status updates and addressing queries or concerns in a timely manner.

- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, project documentation,



and other records to ensure accurate reporting and effective project governance.

- Support pre-sales activities, including cost estimation, proposal preparation, tender submissions, and technical-commercial bid coordination.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, and MBA

- 510 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Site Execution, or Project Management.

- Proven experience in project sales, client acquisition, tendering, contract management, and end-to-end project execution.

- Solid understanding of BOQs, project costing, budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and commercial negotiations.
