Reports To : Business Development Manager / Director

Location : Office Based (with occasional field visits)

Purpose of the Role To generate quality business opportunities by expanding Smartfin's referral network through Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, DSAs, Company Secretaries, Financial Consultants, Insurance Advisors, Architects, Industrial Consultants, and other professionals who can refer MSME loan cases.

The BDA is responsible for generating appointments and maintaining relationships. Closing of business will be handled by senior management.

Key Responsibilities1. Associate Acquisition

Identify and approach new referral partners such as

- Chartered Accountants
- GST Practitioners
- Company Secretaries
- DSAs
- Financial Consultants
- Insurance Advisors
- Architects
- Industrial Consultants
- Business Consultants
- Machinery Dealers
- Real Estate Consultants
- Existing Customers for referrals

Target:
- Add 25–30 new associates every month.

1. Cold Calling

Daily calling to potential associates.

Activities include

- Introducing Smartfin
- Understanding their client profile
- Explaining products
- Generating interest
- Scheduling meetings

1. Appointment Generation

Coordinate meetings between
- Associate and Director

Skills Required
- Excellent communication
- Hindi, English and Marathi preferred
- Confident on telephone
- Relationship-building skills

- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn banking products

Educational Qualification
- Graduate (any discipline)
- MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply

Experience
- 0–3 years in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
- Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Real Estate, B2B Sales, or Financial Services experience preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
