About the Role
Next Move India is hiring experienced Branch Sales Managers for a leading Housing Finance / NBFC organization. We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with a strong network in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSA (Direct Selling Agents) .
- Develop business through Architects, Builders, Real Estate Brokers, and Channel Partners .
- Source quality leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Expand the branch's customer and partner network.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2–6 years in Home Loan/LAP sales.
- Strong network with DSAs, Builders, Architects, Real Estate Brokers, or Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Graduation in any discipline preferred.
