- 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales / Business Development
- Hands-on experience with all major bidding platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation
- Experience with lead research, email outreach, proposal submission, and client acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth
