Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to scale our Direct-to-Wholesaler B2B network across the North East region.

In this role, the company bills directly to wholesalers and bulk trade buyers. ? CRITICAL REQUIREMENT The ideal candidate MUST possess deep, corner-to-corner geographical knowledge of the entire North East region (Assam & all Seven Sister states), with established direct trade relationships across both major trade hubs and interior feeder markets. ? Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Direct Network Building: Identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, and bulk cosmetic trade buyers across key markets (Fancy Bazar/Guwahati, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Dimapur, Imphal, Shillong, Agartala, Aizawl, Itanagar, etc.). ▪️ Volume Sales Growth: Drive heavy primary sales volume for our Skin Care and Hair Color product lines through bulk trade schemes and direct pricing slabs. ▪️ Territory Penetration: Map out and physically cover major commercial centers as well as interior wholesale hubs to ensure total regional coverage. ▪️ Financial Discipline: Manage direct billing accounts, credit terms, advance payment structures,



and ensure 100% timely payment collections. ▪️ Logistics Coordination: Work directly with company central dispatch to manage bulk freight and transport movement across regional trade routes. ? Qualifications &

Skills Needed

✔️ 5 to 10 years of solid field experience in Wholesale / B2B trade channels within Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skin Care, or Hair Care. ✔️ Active Network: Pre-existing, direct working relationships with major personal care/cosmetics wholesalers across the North East. ✔️ Geographical Mastery: In-depth understanding of trade routes, feeder markets, and local commercial dynamics in every corner of North East India. ✔️ Solid commercial negotiation skills and expertise in bulk trade margins, schemes, and credit control. ✔️ Willingness for extensive field travel across the region (60%+ travel).
