The candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust knowledge of online bidding platforms, and the ability to generate business opportunities for IT services.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
- Handle complete bidding process including proposal writing, requirement analysis, and client communication.
- Identify client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding and online business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of proposal writing and client handling.
- Ability to generate business through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in handling international clients will be an added advantage.
