Role & responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce BOXWAGON SHIPPING LINE PRIVATE LIMITED and its services.

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening techniques.

- Generating business for all the products Sea/Custom clearance & Insurance

- Present and explain the perks of our shipping solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Maintain & develop relationships with customers and help in enhancing business targets and growth strategies

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.





- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the shipping or international logistics industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.

- Strong negotiation and Business acquisition skills, with the ability to overcome objections and convert leads into sales.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Knowledge of shipping terminology, processes, and industry regulations is desirable.

- Masters in business administration with Marketing will be is a plus point and any bachelors degree field.
