We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

Generate new business through channel partners, brokers, corporate tie-ups, and direct clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key clients. Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead generation. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.



Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

Represent Bellway

Realtech at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

Required

SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Target-driven with a proven sales record. Knowledge of the NCR real estate market. Leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong presentation and business planning skills. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Real Estate Sales.

Experience handling HNI clients and corporate partnerships is an advantage.
