The role requires achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company's market presence.





Key Responsibilities Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new business opportunities in the lab-grown diamond jewellery market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers, distributors, wholesalers, franchise partners, and corporate clients.

Expand the company's dealer and retail network across assigned territories. Generate recent leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and market research.
